WELCOME TO AND LABORATORY 

 

AND Lab focuses on researching and developing advanced electronic devices utilizing low-dimensional nanomaterials for diverse sensor applications. We are interested in semiconducting materials like silicon and sp2 graphitic structures such as carbon nanotubes, graphene and other nanostructured architectures and also in studying underlying fundamental science of heterojunction between two different nanomaterials. Our target for futuristic sensor applications is to build a promising  multifunctional sensor network system which is one of the crucial components in IoT technology, including optoelectronics, chemical sensors, and flexible/tranparent electronics.
